1. Sponsor
The Framed Fine Art Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ashlei Morgan Studio (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:55 AM Eastern Time and ends Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit the Framed Fine Art Giveaway page on Ashlei Morgan Studio’s website, complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address, and submit the form. Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is required. Any optional email-marketing selection is voluntary and does not affect eligibility or odds of winning. Automated, duplicate, bulk, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is one professionally framed 8 × 10 inch fine art print of We Almost Left by Ashlei Morgan Studio, with an approximate finished framed size of 12.5 × 14.5 inches. The artwork includes the artist’s digital signature and a Story Pocket with the story behind the painting. Shipping to the winner is included at no cost. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $95. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The prize is not transferable and has no cash redemption value. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor’s control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway closes. The drawing is planned for Thursday, October 1, 2026. The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry and must respond within 48 hours of the notification. If the potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner may be asked to confirm eligibility and provide a valid U.S. shipping address solely for prize fulfillment. The prize will be shipped at no expense to the winner after eligibility and acceptance are confirmed.
7. Winner Announcement
After eligibility is confirmed and the prize is accepted, Sponsor may publicly announce the winner’s first name and last initial unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules or interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway. If fraud, technical failure, or another event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select a winner at random from eligible entries received before the affected time, subject to applicable law.
9. Privacy
Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize. Any optional consent to receive marketing emails is separate from entry and is not required to enter or win.
